ADCAKE “the advertising network” is a community network for advertising and media arts professionals. ADCAKE is intended to allow members to show and share their portfolio and get feedback from other members, colleagues and potential clients. Assuming that resume is no longer the best tool to show work quality and search jobs for most advertising and media arts professionals , ADCAKE position itself as an easy way to improve the exhibition and shining of portfolios and galleries. Companies are invited as well to see the ADCAKE showcase and “go shopping” for talent and creativity. ADCAKE bets on simplicity as much as on clean and attractive design to win advertising and media arts people preference. ADCAKE was founded in 2010 and launched in May 2011.

Tips
COMPANY: You’ll find a tab marked “Companies” in the “profile” section. Under this tab you can add a company you officially represent. You can link your personal work to your company profile. Just go to the media you want to link and select "edit this gallery" or "edit this video" button, once selected, at the bottom of the edit form you will see a check box with the name of your company profile you own. JOBS: You can post unlimited job ads at no cost, it’s completely free! INVITATIONS: You'll see the Invitation button on the upper-right side of the ADCAKE™ page. Just enter your colleague’s email address in the text box, and click “Send Invitation”. The only suggested criterion to invite people is high quality work. CAKEBOX: Place your favorite “slices” in the CakeBox and review them whenever you want. Just go to the image, video or company you prefer and then click on “Add to my Cake”. CONTACTS: Add any professional to your contact list. Just go to the professional you want to add, and then click on “Follow”. GALLERIES & IMAGES: Please select "add a new Gallery". Once the gallery is created, proceed by adding your images. VIDEOS: Please select "add a new video from web". Once selected you need to copy the video’s URL into the blank field. Please keep in mind that your video should be hosted on Vimeo or Youtube.
